JV & Freshman Assistant - Alan Lee
Alan K. Lee II was born and raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Growing up it was almost impossible to not have a love for basketball. With just over 10,000 residents, there was just one high school to attend. In Benton Harbor also known as the home of the Tigers, basketball was the main attraction. Amongst his peers, competition and talent ran high.

After high school Alan was granted a basketball scholarship to Lake Michigan College. Two years after college Alan continued his education at Everest Career Institute. It was here that he would receive his degree in Medical Assistance. Alan would go on to gain experience and continue working in the field for five years.

Later Alan realized how much he missed the game of basketball and decided to get back in the game as a coach. Alan quickly reached out to Kalamazoo Central High where Thomas Dillard was the coach. While with the program Alan experienced two division one state championships in 2010-2011.

In 2012 Alan relocated to Gilbert AZ, where he received his first head coaching job for the freshman boy's at Mesquite High. Now at Highland High, Alan is extremely blessed with the opportunity. He looks forward to working with Coach Donaldson, Jason, Brad, Adam, and a awesome group of student athletes.

When Coach Lee is not working and coaching, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 13 years April Lee, sons Aidan Lee, Alan Lee III and the new addition to the family, seven month old Aralyn Lee. Coach Lee also loves to worship on Sunday where he is a member of Holy Temple Church Of God In Christ.
